Tricia Kobayashi
Tricia is THE example of what makes South Kitsap School District great. Tricia went above and beyond making sure all had been done on SKSD’s end to make my son’s Choice Transfer request happen. I am grateful for people like her, especially in the education sector. Great example of Knowing Your Purpose.

Emily Fogel
Emily Fogel exemplifies Knowing Your Purpose. She is truly a remarkable teacher, role model, and leader. She genuinely deserves recognition for being one of the kindest, dedicated, and professional educators working with our current generation of young people.

Mike Allen
There is not just one instance to of greatness to highlight with regards to Mr. Allen. He is the embodiment of 'Think Big.' Mr. Allen lives and breathes music. He puts countless hours into planning concerts and finding opportunities for students to go on tour, perform at festivals, school visits and vocal competitions. His students refine their craft because of his expertise and dedication. Thank you Mr. Allen for your dedication to our students and for being a shining example of the SK Way!

Mary Smiley-Tucker
Mary Smiley-Tucker THINKS BIG every single day for students at South Colby and for our district as a whole. Mary recently spent hours of her own time creating behavior intervention one-pagers that will serve as a lasting and impactful resource for SK teachers. SK will realize it’s Top 5 vision because of dedicated educators like Ms. Smiley-Tucker!
