Although Carrie has embodied more than one of the SK Way core values, she has shined in the mission to Get Better Every Day. I have observed Carrie praise others for their hard work and celebrate those who have shown growth, no matter how small; she celebrates all wins. She is excited for all students and peers alike to succeed and is a foundational role model at Mullenix Ridge Elementary.

In the middle of a staff meeting, the fire alarm went off as he was talking about new trajectories in our building, he smiled and chuckled with grace with staff.
