Brad Lantz

Brad went above and beyond to improve the student experience. The Armory, where WildCrest is housed, had an abandoned courtyard that was overgrown with weeds, covered in litter, and uninviting. Without being asked, Brad showed up before sunrise one morning, tools in tow and truck in tow, and cleaned the entire area on his own time. Thanks to his effort, students now have a welcoming place to eat lunch, take breaks, and gather while waiting for the shuttle bus. Brad’s selfless act reflects an Attitude of Gratitude toward his students and colleagues, and his initiative to Get Better Every Day shows how one person’s commitment can make a lasting difference.
