Our District

South Kitsap School District is the second largest school district in Kitsap County.  SKSD is comprised of ten elementary schools (K-5), three middle schools (6-8), a comprehensive high school (9-12), and a school of choice which includes a K-12 on-line education school and an alternative high school program.  With an enrollment of nearly 10,000 the student population is representative of the community's growing diversity.

Special Programs

In addition to the district's comprehensive K-12 curriculum, special programs like Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), special education, and English as a Second Language (ESL), are available to students to ensure maximum personal development in academic, vocational and extracurricular activities.

"The Kindergarten children are confident in spirit, infinite in resources, and eager to learn.
Everything is still possible."

-Robert Fulghum
