What does South Kitsap's Ready! for Kindergarten program offer our families?
We offer virtual sessions in both English and Spanish throughout the year, three sessions per year (Fall, Winter, and Spring). All workshops are age-specific, and are offered in 0-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5 groupings.
Virtual workshops are open for 4-6 weeks (depending on holidays) each session. Once your registration is approved, you have until the end-date to complete the course, then you can choose from two different pick-up dates. You are allowed to sign up for multiple workshops if you have children in different age groups!
Registration for Winter/Part 2 workshops opens on:

All workshops and end-of-course surveys must be complete by
Friday, January 30, 2026 in order to sign up for tool pick-up.
Dates for pick-up will be available as you finish the survey.
Tool Pick-Up will be held the week following the close of each session.

Fall registration/workshop begins Sept. 4, 2025 and will end on Oct. 4, 2025

Looking for more information on our NEW Social Development workshops?
Registration for the next SEL workshop will begin on
April 7, 2026.
We are hoping to offer this workshop in-person! More details to come.
These workshops are in addition to the core Fall/Winter/Spring Ready! workshops we already offer, and are specifically geared toward children about to enter kindergarten in the next 1-2 years (ages 3-5 years old). Parents are welcome, and encouraged, to take both the SEL and core Ready! workshops.
Families/children must live within South Kitsap School District's boundaries to qualify for these workshops.
