Military Families
We all belong in South Kitsap!
Many South Kitsap School District students have family members who are in the military or who work at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF. We have a strong relationship with our Navy partners to offer programs and services that make our schools a place where everyone belongs.
School Liaison
The Naval Base Kitsap School Liaison connects families with educational opportunities and provides information about school laws, policies, and procedures such as:
- Moving into South Kitsap
- Deployment support
- Navigating Special Education service
- Military and community resources
- Post high school planning for students.
