The Sedgwick Middle School custodial team truly lives out Get Better Every Day, not just for themselves but for the entire district. Their support during our Leadership Retreat and PLC Training went above and beyond. They were always ready to help, ensuring spaces were prepared, and making every visitor feel welcomed. Even while assisting with trainings, they stayed focused on their daily responsibilities, working hard to make sure Sedgwick shines and is ready for the first day of school. Gary Grams & SKHS Marching Band Students Receive SKWay Award

Gary Grams & SKHS Marching Band Students

Gary Grams and the SKHS Band students embody Love People. When our Cabinet Leaders asked Gary to lead a team-building activity at our retreat, he embraced the idea with enthusiasm and brought his students along as instructors. Their positivity, patience, and knowledge created an energizing experience that reminded us of the power of teamwork and rhythm. Gary has built a strong, caring culture in the band program, and we are proud of both our staff and students for sharing that spirit with us.
