Communitities in Schools operates at South Kitsap High School, Cedar Heights Middle School, East Port Orchard Elementary, and Sidney Glen Elementary. The oranization’s mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Staff connect with students and families to build relationships and coordinate a comprehensive range of services to support the academic and non academic needs of students so they come to school ready to learn.
