Zoom

Through a partnership with the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Washington K-20 network, South Kitsap staff have access to Zoom videoconferencing.

A basic Zoom license is free to anyone, but we recommend using your district Google account at the Zoom login prompt so your account can be upgraded if needed. Basic accounts can have 300 participants and a conference duration of 40 minutes. Because of the Covid-19 issue Zoom has temporarily removed the 40 min time limit on Basic licenses until June 30, 2020 for our account.  After June 30, 2020 basic license will again be limited to 40 mins.  Licensing questions can be directed to Kerry Melcher, Assistant Director of IT Services.  You do not need a Zoom account to participate in a Zoom meeting.  You only need a Zoom account to schedule/host a Zoom meeting.
