Committees at Work

There are a variety of different committees at work in South Kitsap School District. Two examples are the Instructional Materials Committee and Facility Planning Committee. They bring regular updates and recommendations to the SKSD Board of Directors. Other committees like the Equity Committee, Safety Committee, and Professional Development Committee are typically shorter term committees that are tasked with a project, initiative, or program to launch, analyze, or revise.
